We've toured the venues you've toured. We've filled out the contact forms. We've waited the three business days. We've sat through the in-person presentations. We don't think anyone should have to do this to learn whether a venue costs $14,000 or $48,000. Our rates are below.

Each rate is a full-venue buyout for fourteen hours of access, all five spaces, on-site venue manager (ten hours), two parking attendants, 145 chairs, fourteen farm tables, the basic audio-visual package, climate control, ADA access, and Wi-Fi. Setup access begins at 10 AM and load-out ends at midnight.

What's not included: catering, alcohol, florals, photography, planning, officiant, music, transportation, and lodging. We don't sell those services. We don't take commission on them. Our preferred-collaborators page lists the people we'd recommend, but you're free to bring anyone.

A typical wedding at The Foundry costs the couple $46,000 to $58,000 all-in — venue plus catering plus alcohol plus florals plus photography plus planning. The venue is one line on a multi-line budget. We list it transparently so you can build the rest of the budget around a known number.

Saturday · Peak $22,500

May–October Saturdays. 14-hour buyout. All five spaces. The market-leading slot — most warm-month Saturdays book 12–18 months out.

Friday or Sunday $17,500

Year-round. Same access as Saturday Peak. Friday weddings tend to have lighter Sunday-morning logistics; Sunday weddings tend to have brunch on the rooftop.

Off-Peak $12,800

November–April Saturdays, or any Monday–Thursday year-round. Same access. The candor pricing tier — and historically our most photographed.

Payment schedule.

$5,500 hold to secure the date, refundable up to twelve months out. Forty percent of the balance is due at the nine-month mark. The remaining balance is due sixty days before the event.

Refund policy: full refund up to twelve months out. Fifty percent refund between nine and twelve months out. After nine months, the date is yours — no refund, but free re-scheduling within six months subject to availability.

Taxes & fees.

NYC sales tax of 8.875% applies. There is no service charge and no facility fee. The price on the card is the price on the contract.
